Anyone tried any of the C&D reindeer Wintertime Reserve (in the new Peterson you either kept or will give as a gift)? How about the Sutliff Cringle Flake? I have had my Country Squire Figgy Pudding airing out in a jar for the last ten days, and plan to break that open tomorrow.

Of these blends, which do you think has the best room note? I’ve wanted to try smoking a pipe indoors during the Christmas season as a bit of a Christmas Eve/post-Thanksgiving-dinner tradition but the family will only oblige if it has a really good room note.

Thanks and sorry to hijack!

I love English Chocolate. Seems it doesn’t get talked about much. The chocolate flavor is a light touch which works perfectly well. Doesn’t ever overwhelm or overpower the tobacco. Yum! Think I’ll have some now!
I've gotten into a deal with an artisan to make me a yearly Santa pipe and English Chocolate is all I smoke in them.?
