We should all be waking up at the crack of dawn to get in a few miles of running and some yogi deep breathing pranayamas. Gargle with some aloe juice, and get started practicing our slow smoking. I find a metronome and a riding crop to help myself remember to keep it slow. I suggest ten to twelve bowls a day, unless of course you are rising to two hour bowls, then you can start to back off some... but not much.
Are you still dabbling with beginner aromatics? Sissy fruity blends? Relighting your pipe like a beginner bitch? Every relight, "smack"! You've got to learn... remember! If you don't have fine white ash at the end, you should run another mile.
