Thank you :) I will get some TS 20 So good there is still some perique to be found. I am curious about reading : "Lately I've been doing what one is sternly warned not to do with perique." Can you tell me what you were warned?

I can confirm that the C&D long-cut perique it is difficult to incorporate into a blend; it's almost shag-like and tends to stick together in clumps. I've taken to pressing blends that I put it in, just to get the flavor to distribute a bit better when I break the resulting kake apart.
I have both types. Two or three bursts in a coffee grinder and the long cut looks like the granulated.

I really like Sutliff Black Cav. Can anyone recommend one just as good or better? The other Back Cav I like is called Buckey's Blend and the only place I know to buy it is Christie's in Waynesboro, PA.
