Not UFO’s anymore, that’s very 2020, but no need to worry, the government has our backs on UAP’s:
“The Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force is a program within the United States Office of Naval Intelligence used to "standardize collection and reporting" of sightings of unidentified aerial phenomena, sometimes termed UFOs…”

Life existing in some form in our Universe? Almost undoubtedly given billions and billions of potential hosts.

Here? I wonder sometimes, but no on aliens among us. UFO's? possibly the truly unidentified ones are from another planet.

Scientists say they amount of stars in the galaxy including the alternating ones are exceeding the amount of cups of water in all the oceans on Earth by a 10 fold. And that's only the stars that light, not counting stars like brown dwarves which are hard to see. Most if not all stars have planets orbiting, it is ignorant to think we are the only planet with somekind of lifeform. If its advanced and intelligent I wouldn't know, but as a alien I would mind my own business being that "stupid" Earthlings are if you reflect it on theories from astronomers like Kardasjov. According to his scale we barely make it to scale 1, to accomplish interstellar travel you must be able to get such a enormous amount of energy that civilization must be very advanced.

Here's an eerie thought. Much of what is seen outside our galaxy was light emitted millenia ago. What if we weren't alone, but now we're the last?
Actually, the galaxy is so huge out there, unlimited space way beyond our imagination, I believe for sure we weren't alone. For sure there are other species in other planet, maybe there are another you and me on another planet in other galaxies. But I don't think we're the last.
