I always found it odd that women who marry rich men get most of the opprobrium from the peanut gallery. Elderly, wealthy men know the risks, say, a sudden bout of buyer's remorse from their spouse can have on their bottom-line. These aren't ignorant marks. They've the wealth and power to have whatever they want, and what they want more than anything is some tight puss. One sympathizes. However, should their bargain, as it were, fall through, then they've only themselves to blame.
if they didn't have that bargain what chips would they have to use? Not as many for sure. Also it's their lives and as long as no one is making promises they don't mean to keep or the like.... Well no skin off my teeth.

An expertly drafted prenuptual agreement can help keep the bottom line in the black though.

Are you actually confused?
I suspect that without Mick and Al her lifestyle would be substantially less.
This not to criticise anyone. I'm a fan of both Mick and Al and while socially these sort of relationships tend to be labeled as a "young trophy wife" in the parlance of our time, I seriously doubt that Mick or Al would waste time with a simple fuzzy. I doubt that even at their age either has any difficulty getting laid.
But it goes both ways. If she was the wealthy famous one she'd have a "boy toy".
It's human nature.
Like Mel Brooks said. "It's good to be the king".

From what I read and to your surprise, the girl in question comes from a wealthy Los Angeles family and has a long list of affairs with older men. Her net worth is measured in 9 figures.

Do I detect some jealousy here, gents? Ticked off that young attractive women look at you as lechers rather than bed mates? Just become so excellent at something, so world class and world renown, while making a pile, and that calculus will instantly change.
There's a slightly easier way. Become an academic. You can have an unending supply of grad student girl (or boy) friends of about the same age as you get older. There always seems to be one these lotharios around in every other college department.

Nope. At 55+, they still check my ID. Think I'm barely 18. I know, it's a curse!

Back when I was an undergrad at UCLA, the popular term was "An A for a lay". Quite a bit of that happened. It got so bad that, shortly after I graduated, a number of members of the Italian Dept got the sack for screwing their students. Granted, a lot of then were Grad students, so the age thing wasn't that much of a deal.

Maybe THEY were jealous. It was the early '70's and nobody was worried about AIDS or STD's. Students were very busy with extracurricular activities.

James Doohan who played Scotty in the original Star Trek had a child when he was about 80 years of age.

He must have beamed it up.
