Are you talking about this?

That's the stuff, though I prefer the newer Mannaz and Freyr to Imperious and Andromeda.
Most notable difference between them being that Mannaz and Freyr combine to give each of the standing stones unique effects for each race (ex, right now I'm playing an Imperial support caster and doing most damage through a follower, so I'm running with the Atronach stone - which, for Imperials, makes healing spell 20% better).

The "Vanilla+" / minimalist mods from Enai are also pretty solid, consisting mostly of streamlining and polish rather than Ordinator's "Smiths can take perks to craft a dwarven gun turret".

I didn't expect it to but Phasmophobia's console release blindsided my attention span for any other games over the last month.

Been playing Monopoly GO on my cell phone recently. It's a dumb game. You "roll" the dice and just take whatever the hand out. No strategy, no thought. I want to play some RTS games, but don't want to invest that kinda time.

I built a decent gaming PC rig but don't get along with the new FPS games. They've all gotten too complicated. I bought Red Dead Redemption 2 on sale last night and requested a refund this morning. Too many controls and buttons to memorize be fun. I guess I got old.

Anyone have a suggestion for a run-n-gun 1st person shooter single player game with modern graphics and relatively simple controls? fwd-back-left-right-jump-squat-run-shoot would be nice. I don't want to dedicate 20 hours memorizing half the keyboard.

I played Prince of Persia as a kid and I really like the puzzle side of the game. You can try it for free as a browser game online. It's alittle addicting, and it turned out to be the inspiration for the Assassin's Creed series.

I can get through the first two levels OK, but it's a tricky game. If you make a little mistake, you either die or get hurt, and if you die you have to restart the whole level. If you download the game and play around with the files in the folder you download it to, you can either save your game or run cheats on it, and unless you're an amazingly skilled expert, you're going to need the cheats to win. I used to have it on my 1990's computer, but didn't download it now more recently.

Been playing one of the greatest Game series ever made. Metal Gear Solid. On Metal Gear Solid V
I was disappointed with MSG5 largely because the falling out between Kojima and Konami basically left the game incomplete. Which is a shame, because the gameplay is quite good, and the theme of language as a form of colonization and cultural genocide are interesting. Also Kojima's star-f*!%ing led to David Hader's departure as Snake, which was a dame shame. Kiefer Sutherland is a fine actor, but he is not Snake.

Konami as a game company sucks these days, far more interested in their gambling machines than quality games. But given Kojima's work since the split (Death Stranding, which combined both masochistic, boring gameplay and a nonsensical story), I can't blame Konami for being a bit tired of Kojima.
