EDIT: Fixed Capitalization in Title (See Rule 9)

The strange weather warmer than usual and hurricanesque we've been experiencing here on the east coast and the way that it hasn't felt like it's been getting dark that early coupled with this 'new way of life' - feels very odd to me.

We are in that void of short hours of sunlight. So, while it might be around freezing instead of around really really freezing, it's still dark all the time, so no. While I envy your positive attitude, I can not agree. I should probably get on that vitamin D lest i start using the word void again.

Nope. Here’s the view off my porch right now. ~18” and still coming down.

This used to be normal NE Ohio Nov/Dec weather. Snow every week, sometimes an inch, sometimes a couple feet. Last few years we’ve barely got any. This is a treat!

D3's best for calcium absorption, serotonin production, and is a natural mood elevator. 3000IUs/day have really alleviated my anxiety issues.

Nope, we've had snow on the ground for a couple weeks, and tonight we have the Christmas fireplace with carols on the tv while we set up the Christmas tree, advent calendars, and decorate. My 6 year old son is stoked, he's digging through all the bins of decorations happily. Unfortunately my 14 year old daughter is being a Scrooge, she gets more excited about Halloween and pretty much anything that I don't like or disapprove of. Teenagerness.

Very timely! Because I am supposed to take 3,000 IU's a day, My bottle says it's 12.5 mcg's which the pharmacy thought was equivalent. Can you confirm? I suppose I could effin google it, but if you happen to know....

1 mcg of vitamin D = 40 IU, so it would only be 500 IU.
