Guys, is there any good horror movies recently to recommend? I watched Halloween kills, meh.... ? I watched the latest Resident Evil: Welcome to Racoon City, not really meh, not bad, but it made me watched back all the 6 episodes Resident Evil again. That's all I've watched.

I don't really know either, a lot of horror films are mediocre at best and overly reliant on jump scares. But I did enjoy Hush, it's quite interesting.

If I am going to be a bit edgy I might recommend Cannibal Holocaust. It really is quite disturbing in its moments, but overall I found it decently well made. The theme song is probably one of the best scores I have ever heard, the Italians really had a knack for that (I recommend everyone here to listen to the music). But keep in mind that that movie is not for everyone.

I hope you can enjoy it, it is very special. I might rewatch it soon. But I really am not kidding when I say that it's not for everyone, but it's not as bad as some people make it out to be :)

I was watching a netflix series. Black summer. I have seen I think 4 or 5 first chapters. It has a mix of black "humor". I personally liked it very much. I was watching it during my vacation days at my sister-in-law's house. At my house I don't have netflix at the moment. I had a feeling of fear and chaotic laughter. It depends on the kind of Horror you're after. The Excorsist 3 is a bit imperfect, but also overlooked. There is always 'The Shinning', but everyone has seen that.

If you're into outright schlock, I'd recommend a couple of comedy horrors from the 80s - 'Cheerleader Squad' and 'Student Bodies'.
