You win embers, I am trying to get my wife to allow me to get a blondie. Cobalt blues are said to have one of the most potent venoms, how is her temperament? My OBT is actually very chill, never had a threat posture from her, then again I don’t mess with her.
Can’t remember Latin names for crap, I know my zebra is a blah blah blah semanus, she is a little skittish but I can handle her alright. I didn’t even see my OBT for a year after I bought her. After her molt she comes out a bit more frequently. I absolutely love my spiders. I really want a curly, but have my eyes on a pink toe.
You can't walk into the room without seeing her threat pose. If you plan on getting a Goliath, prepare to feed it fully grown mice and anoles.

Pinkies are too small. She gets full grown live. Even wiggling frozen adults didn't get any attention from her. Even at her size, she's the fastest tarantula I've ever seen.
Anoles? Awesome, I have about a million of those. Kept them for awhile but they are prone to starve themselves to death. Not really keen on live feeding mice. I’m an asshole for sure buuuuutttt, I also raise mice sooooooooo.
I once bought a denim blue feeder rat with red eyes because I couldn't imagine it being fed to something.
Cobalt blues and sun tigers are said to be the worst bite, in my opinion OBTS get a bad rap. I think it comes down to idiots getting them and trying to impress their friends with messing with them.

Always wanted to have a black rat with red eyes. Love rats, very smart. Saved a field mouse from one of my cats and have had her for 2 years now. I call her mrs. jingles lol
