Having back problems for many years now I know how wonderful you must feel after completing your long walk. Congratulations and my very best wishes for continued success. Don’t over due it and build back slowly and hopefully its only a minor ache now and then.

As some of you know, last September I suffered a catastrophic back failure that left me unable to walk more than about 20 feet and only in agonizing pain. It forced me to cancel my planned trip to Vegas for the Vegas Pipe Show and to pretty much cancel everything else.
Today I reached a new milestone. For the first time since last September, I was able to walk from my townhouse all the way to the far end of downtown Ashland and back, a distance of 4 1/2 miles. It was slower going with the cane and all, but I made it. Feels great!
