About Filters

I don't know if the majority of you smokes with a filter or not. I own two pipes both of them with the classic charcoal filters. Do you guys swap the filters after each smoke or keep them for a second or even third? Also, has anyone out there used a pipe that has a filter without it?

I have had a few pipes with filters, both 6mm and 9mm and smoked both with out the filter or adapter . They both smoked great without the filters or adaptors. The 9mm filters were for my Winslow pipes and the 6mm were for my Savineli's .
