I wonder if this cartoonist is a pipe smoker ??? This seems like a pictorial flowchart of almost every discussion regarding pits and fills in pipes. Is he/she a member here ???

Then you might try ales, as they were traditionally brewed without the hops at all. Don't know how some of these modern brewers get away with calling their hops-brewed beers "Ale" either.Thanks so much !!
