I've never smoked twist, but Cosmic and Woodsroad have provided the impetus, and for that I thank you both!
Cosmic is an apt name for you when you can produce something like this! This cheered me right up, and now I have to go open my jar of Motzek Strang to pretend that I'm smoking some of your creation! :mrgreen:
I am another one of the lucky few who got to sample it Thursday night. I was very impressed. No offense to cosmic, but from past experience with others "home grown", I went in with low expectations. However this twist tasted great. It was a bit dry but smoked well. I got some earthy and sweet flavors that complemented each other well. Im not sure what it was, maybe that combo, but it did remind me of Motzek strang. I wish I had more to further explore the blend. If cosmic ever decided to sell some I would be happy to pick up a few twists :wink:
While I never intended to market it, the idea of starting my own Nursing Home for pipe smokers appeals to me. One where we can set on a porch all day and just smoke our pipes and argue over stuff we forgot, and forget the things we were arguing over. I can set back enough twists to just keep us arguing, ha ha.
