A Better Reamer?

I have the reamer that tradition posted above, works great, I love it! Some say the handle is prone to breaking/stripping, I haven't found that to be the case at all. Just don't try to force it too much; start with a small blade and work up to a larger one.

Yeah, I figured you meant a hawkbill or a linoleum knife or sumpn like that.

I prefer the triangle knife..it gives you the opportunity to cut away what you want rather than using a reamer which cuts everything uniformly...cake is not usually evenly distributed so the triangle knife works better for me.
