I have had nothing but success in getting shipments from SP. Prompt shipment and a fair amount of updates. And I've ordered many a time with them.

This is a very recent thing, since they switched to surepost. They used to have top notch shipping.

They have changed some things around and now USPS will be an option for some free shipping and upgrade amount is more reasonable.

they partially refunded the 4 tins with (possibly) damaged seals. ?

once again SPC makes it right. I expected no less from such a great retailer. They really do care about our opinion and woes with the shipping, and I can understand their position on using it as well.

Glad it worked out. SP.com is a quality operation and the USPS is typically good on their ? deliveries. Not SP.com’s fault. And with millions of ?s everyday, it stands to reason that some of these ?s will get damaged from time to time.?
