I haven't ordered from 4N for about 3 years, but they always came through to me (a fellow Canuck). They are slower than some others, but seldom have I heard negative stuff beyond the hard-to-reach staff.

If you are looking for another reliable vendor for Canadians, look at The Country Squire. Prices might be a bit higher, but amazing customer service and great house blends.

That or they just hold it to make you sweat. That has happened to me before with non-tobacco orders

When they changed management, I experienced orders wherein they basically sold me things they didn't actually have (yet), resulting in weeks of non-answered emails.

I have zero tolerance for that practice. If it's not in stock admit it up front and either deny the order or let the purchaser decide if they are willing to wait.

Basically from the Squire now. I don't smoke much, and I love their aro's and English aro's. I may have to branch out to find a light English and more codgery blend yet though
