Made my hotel and airline reservations yesterday. Can’t wait to go back to Chicago. Great hosts and workshops.
I don't even know what a pocket tobacco jar is, now I am really missing out!I believe that C&D is producing two or three commemorative blends. Or are you referring to the pocket tobacco jars?
We will have t-shirts available this year along with some very cool dual pipe/cigar lighters. The tees will be plentiful, but there will be only 50 lighters.
Gotcha. As for a pocket jar, a few years ago, The Pipery began offering a 3D printed shallow jar which could be sealed with a standard Mason jar lid. Here’s a link to one customized for The Country Squire.I don't even know what a pocket tobacco jar is, now I am really missing out!
I was just looking for a couple tins of tobacco that are only made only for the show, like a consolation souvenir, 1 to smoke and one to cellar ; )
It turns out that there will not be a commemorative blend this year. We are working on one for 2026, though.I believe that C&D is producing two or three commemorative blends.

it would be great if there was a Saturday only registration option for like twenty bucks. If there were I’d swing by on Saturday.
Good news! You get $24 in drink tickets, so it is really only $26 to get in.it would be great if there was a Saturday only registration option for like twenty bucks. If there were I’d swing by on Saturday.
Oh rly ! Well this information adds another facet to my decision making and might make it worth the drive down. Thanks! And thanks for not being snarky in your answer like the other guy lol. If I was prepared to put down several hundred dollars then 50bucks to get in would be worth it on that alone but due to other items I’ve had to buy this spring I don’t have the budget right now for PAD or TAD but am interested in attending.Good news! Past my bedtime but it will be in Vermont Freehand’s room.First timer here… what’s the scoop on the late night jam sessions?
No $20 one day ticket, but we do offer FREE Sunday Only admission without drink tickets . You can even pre-register at our website. The drink tickets are crucial to the show's financial health. We are nonprofit and volunteer run. The show is able to hold the event at this beautiful hotel by guaranteeing a certain number of room nights and a certain amount of food and beverage sales. Drink tickets and cash bar sales go a long way towards helping us meet that minimum. So, you can still help the show when you come on a free Sunday ticket by buying a beer or soft drink, or by bidding on something in the silent auction.it would be great if there was a Saturday only registration option for like twenty bucks.
