This is a pre medico ventilator - the belief is that Medico bought the rights to this design. Thank you for the additional information. One of the last unsolved questions is was Lee‘s name Lee Singer?Absolutely. I didn’t know there was any doubt about this. Here’s one of many items verifying that it was a Lee model, an extract from the 1946 edition of the RTDA:
