Yes, Dan was the lead photographer at this event. I went along to help out a little. @woodsroad actually documented the construction of Tiamat the Dragon, its appearance in the parade and eventual release into the sky. Here is an alternate shot that Dan’s assistant, Mordecai, captured of Dan and me seconds before the posted pic:
