A package fulfilling the obligatory amount of tobacco has in fact been sent to arrive 12/22.
An additional package taking the the haul to the standard “above the bar” standard will be additionally sent once I receive it from the victim’s preferred blender, whose production/shipping schedule does not run at the whim of our timeframe.
