I know part of the fun is finding out what your match likes but whoever got me would be pleased to know I generally like everything except for aromatics. Hope that narrows it down for ya!

Since all of the matches have been made, this seems like an excellent opportunity to state your tobacco preferences, since any such statements are currently scattered across 45 pages of incoherent drooling.
To reiterate, my preferences are truly modest, and easy to please.
Tobaccos should not cost less than $100 an ounce at a minimum, nor be younger than twenty years of age. Preferably they date to the 1970’s or early 80’s, before tobaccos began their slide into heavily retailed mulch.

If we are stating preferences, I am pretty open to anything but 1792 (vomit).
I don't mind aros, as the room note makes my wife happy. I like VA's and Va/Per or Va/Bur, hell even Va/Per/Burs. I love Balkans.
Again (not doing reverse psychology) NOT 1792. lol
Virtually any other SG Blend is great, though.
Edit: I love me some latakia too but be gentle as my wife strongly dislikes the room note.

I love non-scented Gawith Darks, VaKyPers, and other strong red and dark VA based interesting blends.
Fot some reason Rustica causes an uncomfortable reaction with my chemistry, and I’m not a fan of Latakia.
Oh, and I hope to not die without experiencing McC Va blends

I prefer Virginia based blends. Mild lat blends are ok. I’m not a burley fan.

Love VaPers, English, Virginias, and Balkans. Not a huge Burley forward guy (yet, I suppose) and not big on goopy aros. Of course, I love McC and eso blends as much as the next guy, but seriously will be grateful for whatever comes my way, especially if it’s tobacco that my SS particularly enjoys. Got the sucker, er, uh….match last night. Dug through a lot of posts looking for clues. Just finished my online shopping to acquire the goods. It’s beginning to look a lot like PMSS 2025.
I like everything? Not aros! So not everything. I’m easy to please. Don’t go crazy, I have plenty.
- What a splendid idea. To whomever my Mystery Match might be, my preferences are for American Virginias and Burleys, only very moderately-blended amounts of Perique (if at all). I am not particularly keen on orientals or aromatics, and for would not thank anyone at all for pipe-ghosting Lakelands (especially 1792) or Thuoc Lao, which I'm pretty sure is what Satan smokes. Though I do like my weed robust, there are limits.
