The likelihood of that would be slim. While it is legal to eat horsemeat in most states (including oregon) it is illegal in all 50 states to slaughter or prepare horse meat for sale. You can get it in canada or mexico, however.

edit: you cannot import horsemeat here, either.

Talk about a DIY situation...

Only McClellands??? Who on earth here has the audacity to post only McClellands? That’s just horrid to think someone would say only McClellands.
