Hmm, actually it's not right for me to say this, but most of the meerschaum pipes you see are just ornaments. There are a few brands and masters that I will buy without seeing them. I cannot say due to forum rules.- thracianpipe

A small part of us only smokes meerschaum pipes. The vast majority of us have 1-2 meerschaum pipes in our collections. Another small part of us do not use meerschaum pipes.
