Hmm, actually it's not right for me to say this, but most of the meerschaum pipes you see are just ornaments.
There are a few brands and masters that I will buy without seeing them. I cannot say due to forum rules.

I have Baki, IMP, and an Ali Birinci, they are all wonderful smokers.
