  1. MBSD Pipes

    Another Mystery Pipe.

Thank you for that. I guess I'll have to start digging around to see if any artisans have those initials.
  2. MBSD Pipes

    Another Mystery Pipe.

Yes, you're right. I'd say it's all Greek to me but I guess it isn't even that. Thanks. Could they be initials? I'm struggling with this one.
  3. MBSD Pipes

    Another Mystery Pipe.

Title edited for caps and brevity. Rule 9. Hello everyone, I come to you again with a pipe that I am simply not able to identify. I wonder if anyone might know the maker. Looks to be an artisan, possibly Greek, as the stamping seems to be a Mu, an Epsilon and a Rho, though I'm hardly an expert...

    Peterson 2024 POY Release

Yeah, that's the one bittersweet thing about him being snapped up by Peterson: fewer G. Penzo pipes.

    Peterson 2024 POY Release

Great choice! I love this year's POY. G Penzo has been on a roll recently with his designs.

    New Member, Old Pipes

As others have said, some photos would be of great help in evaluating the pipes. They sure sound interesting. Thank you kindly @VDL_Piper for the shoutout.

Latest at MBSD: New Dave Neebs, Unsmoked Estates; More 6/24/24

Hey all, As promised, we have some new Dave Neeb pipes on the site, as well as some very interesting estates. The latter include a post-1984 S. Bang, two Formers, unsmoked Ser Jacopos, century-old Kaywoodies, the biggest Barclay-Rex you’ve (or at least I’ve) ever seen, and much more. -Mitch

    Can You Identify this Pipe?

Alright, so, JL Thompson says it's not his and it's not Soren Refbjerg Rasmussen. Thanks for all the suggestions so far though. I really wanna get this thing identified, so the bounty on a successful ID is now a choice between a 10% voucher or a 50$ gift card.

    Can You Identify this Pipe?

It's not the stamping I'm used to for JLT pipes, but it's definitely a lead. If you're right, I'll come back to you with the discount code as soon as I've set it up.

    Can You Identify this Pipe?

Definitely agree. Seems American to me.

    Can You Identify this Pipe?

Yeah there's a few of them, so I hope they aren't cursed!

    Can You Identify this Pipe?

Good thinking on the freehand front, but no, I'd recognize a Søren, or a Refbjerg make, if it was that. This one seems more American than Danish, too, to me anyway.

    Can You Identify this Pipe?

Hi Pipesmag Forums, I recently received a few mysterious freehands, each with very little by way of stamping. For the first time in a long time, I'm kinda stumped. If anyone can give me conclusive information on the maker, I'll throw a 10% off voucher their way. Here's one of the pipes and...

A message from MBSD regarding the MKELAW Pipes move

We're working closely with Dave to ensure that this continues. He is very much still going strong with his pipes and estates, we're simply handling the sales end of things. Plenty more Neeb handmade and MKELAW estates to come, we promise.

A message from MBSD regarding the MKELAW Pipes move

Thank you, I'm glad to hear that. Yeah, I love those Buraks. I don't know if they're still there, but I'd have loved to have seen them at MoMA in New York sometime.
