That isn't necessarily the problem The big issue is that the people coding AI give it free reign to just make stuff up if it can't find an answer. That's how we get AI generated images of black Nazis or the many instances of lawyers using AI and getting case law that never existed.- bassbug

How Do You Take It?
Medium to light roast. Freshly ground beans. These days I'm partial to Kicking Horse brand Three Sisters.15-16 grams for a 250ml cup. V60 pour over. 45 second bloom, 2:30-2:45 brew time in a pre warmed cup and give the water a couple of minutes before starting so its not at boiling temp. Bit of...- bassbug

My Favorite Tamper
A found piece of birch that had the beginings of spating. Drilled through from one end. The hole is plugged with a small magnet and then capped with a piece of ebony. Stainless rod epoxied into the top and finished with a few coats of wipe on poly. It was a great little day project.- bassbug
