Tough to pick one out of racks of comfortable pipes. Yeah. That said, it’s the Wiley Old Oak. Feels great in the hand and hangs just right when clenching the very comfortable stem. That it smokes at least as well as any pipe I’ve smoked is a nice bonus.

my vauen ocean. It just fits my hand and everything perfectly. That said though I don't think I have an uncomfortable pipe.
I smoke with the pipe mostly in my mouth; the most comfortable to hold is obviously not the most comfortable in the mouth.
However this one.

1987, I moved to Sarasota, FL, and shortly after visited the Tinder Box in the Sarasota Mall. A helpful proprietor showed me around a bit, and then pulled a pipe from a green box on a high shelf. He lowered his voice to a whisper and said: "it's a new edition from Peterson, called the 'Sherlock Holmes'." I didn't know what a Peterson was, but the $100 price tag was too much for me. Though the pipe nestled in my hand like an old friend, we parted.
Many years later -- perhaps 30 or so -- I brought one home. It took a while because I wasn't certain of what shape I'd held back in '87. In fact, it was The Original.
It's my most comfortable pipe because the stummel has a deep, narrowed profile at the bottom that fits into my hand as if the two of us were born together.

For me it’s this super lightweight billiard with a black bamboo extension made by Joe Hinkle. It has the added benefit of pairing really nicely with Old Dark Fired which I’d describe as a comfortable blend too.
I have had great enjoyment out of a 5-inch Comoy's bulldog that I got from @RustiePyles CPG. It has a straight bit and fits anywhere in the mouth.

It's a two way tie for me. My 303 and 314 Petes. Effortless clenching, which means I can combine two favourite activities. Having a smoke and doing some woodcarving.
My most comfortable pipe is not one particular pipe but a shape.
Peterson shape 69 has just the right balance for me since I am a clincher.
