    I ordered my first ‘estate’ pipe on EBay on Sunday, and it has just arrived! I am very pleased with it. It’s obviously been smoked, but has been nicely cleaned and doesn’t even smell of tobacco (yet ?) ! Can anyone tell me about the metal tenon at the end of the mouthpiece?
