    Now I’m going to answer my own question. Bald Headed Teacher is a bulk blend by 4noggins. Latakia is a small part of this blend. And I already have close to a pound of it. I enjoy this blend very much; I just forgot that it fits to a T my search for a Latakia-lite blend.
