Some Nat Sherman house blends
That's the store I go to most often. Their blends are the only ones I have smoked so far (I have Dunhill Morning Pipe and Nightcap on the way though!). The guys there are very friendly and have been very patient with me as I learn about pipe smoking. Empire English is also one of my favorites...- chops

Craziest thing you've used for a tamper?
I keep a stick by the BBQ grill just for this purpose, since I usually forget to bring the tamper out there with me (but never the pipe!). I have also used the corner of a box of matches and a foot from my daughter's Barbie doll.- chops

Straight razor or safty razor
For everyday I use a Mach3. Never used a straight, but always wanted to try. I had a nice shave at a barber once with one, hot towel and all. Best shave yet.- chops
