    Favourite Drink Pairing?

I am drinking a very mild sour beer right now with nightcap. The sour is acting as a nice palette cleanser with each swig. I am liking it. I imagine a more sour sour would kill all flavour though.

    Favourite Drink Pairing?

I have been there a few times. I can't recall the coffee specifically, though I know that they mix it. I was told that Tim Hortons coffee in Canada is also a mix with chicory. That's how they keep the prices so low.

    Favourite Drink Pairing?

yes, yes, of course. I expected this!

    Favourite Drink Pairing?

I meant that both are terrible to me. Sweet tea is the sweetest thing that exists and unsweetened only makes you wonder why it isn't hot. Iced tea to me is only slightly sweetened. No distinction. Arizona--wonderful. Haha

    Favourite Drink Pairing?

As a canadian, the distinction between sweet and unsweetened ice tea scares me.

    Favourite Drink Pairing?

I do like scotch with englishes. In Canada, bourbon and scotch are basically the same price.

    Favourite Drink Pairing?

I am wondering what everyone's favoured drink pairing with their pipe smoking. I find that I prefer more neutral drinks so I taste the tobacco more. I often find wine, my preferred alcoholic drink, to conflict with the tobacco. I imagine tea works well, but I don't really drink tea. And I...

    SG Website?

After a few minutes here (https://www.samuelgawith.co.uk/), a link provided on pipedia, I started to think that this wasn't their website. Despite discussing tobacco, I just can't piece together why SG would have articles about westerners marrying philipino women, the benefits of lychees, and...

***What Are You Smoking, March 2021?***

GLP Gaslight in my trypis acord. I have nothing but praise for this blend. After slicing off some ribbons and letting sit for 10 minutes, this is consistently a cool smoke and stays lit. With my limited skill, this is by far the least tempermental (and great tasting) blend that I have tried.

    Ikea Jars

I like these. I find that they clamp very tightly. Maybe that's just mine though.

I'll try this when I come around to it again.

***What Are You Smoking, March 2021?***

Ya, about 30 minutes. It smoked fine. I was happy with that. But I was hoping for more flavour.

***What Are You Smoking, March 2021?***

Tried Cabbie's Mixture for the first time today. I am not sure what the age on it is because there was no sticker on the tin. I love the tin note, but I am getting nothing from it. Absolutely nothing. I think I'll be letting it sit for a while.

What Are You Listening To? - March 2021

Currently smoking latiakia rolls in a rossi cutty while listening to beethoven's 9th. I wish the tobacco was as much as a masterpiece as the music. But really, that's nearly impossible. It's hard to comprehend that a person could produce such beautiful music without ever hearing it. It must be...

    Grousemoor Experiment

That's good to know. Many of the reviews seem to say that the topping is over the top and almost jammy. I have too much difficuly with flakes right now anyways. I'll get more pleasure once i figure out how to smoke the damn things well.

    Grousemoor Experiment

I have a tin of firedance. The description in the reviews have made me leave it to put some age on it. I am hoping the topping will mellow.

    Grousemoor Experiment

I've had one bowl and enjoyed it. I need to get back to it to see how I really like it. Yesterday I tried SG Perfection, and I am really in love with it. It tastes like horchata (almond, vanilla, cinnamon) from a streetside taco stand to me. Brings back some memories from my time in LA. I...

    Brigham Role-Call

Nice. Thanks for this. I didn't know that there was a lower cavity on the bent pipes. This gives me some sense now about what the issue may be. I'll try cleaning that out. I don't think it will be a build up of gunk though. I haven't smoked it enough for that and I would think with hot...

    Brigham Role-Call

Hello Brigham people, I hope that you can help me. I have found that my Brigham bent billiard has a very laborious draw. I don't know if this is recent or the pipe was like this when I got it new, since it was my first pipe. With and without filter, the draw is nowhere near as open as my...
