Lighters vs Matches
Matches, for the same reasons given by others: cooler flame saves the taste and the tongue. I also find the flame easier to control--to avoid charring the bowl, and to get the flame to the tobacco when the bowl is half or less full--than with a bic. And I don't see myself spending the money on...- Philosopiper

Like I said, I have these thoughts too. It all seems very bizarre. I was especially skeptical of the caps thing. But the point is that if Leroy is a troll, then he's wasting his time and deserves pity more than disdain. And if he isn't, he's at worst a curiosity.- Philosopiper
