***What Are You Smoking, October 2020?***

Definitely a more traditional corncob pipe. That's how they started. Hollowed out cob and a reed of some type stuck in there. Doesn't get any simpler than that!?

Kinda like trying to play a clarinet one handed while driving. ? Police officer: Why were you swerving back there? Me: Pulls out a 14 inch Churchwarden...

I believe it's an Old Dominion cob. They are the only other makers of cob pipes besides MM. They have a more original appearance. Old Dominion Pipe Company Traditional Corn Cob Pipes - https://www.olddominionpipe.com/ @Plutz

That is my overall though. In theory they look great. I would never take it anywhere in public or to a friends house. I like to use my pipes not just shelve them. But they are interesting.

? It would be a stay at home pipe for me.

I think most of them are still very responsibly priced for the most part. And yes, I have noticed many of the have very small chamber for such a long pipe. Most of them I've come across have about a one inch chamber, when about a three incher would be better and more balanced.

This is what I'm on the fence about. I like them in theory.?

That's impressive. I'm don't clench often, more than a few seconds. They look like the perfect shape for comfortable holding.

I clean my pipes religiously, I'm just not sure I can say I get pleasure from it. Those are some long stems!

It's hard to not get that vibe from them.

They do look cool. I'm just used to those shorter pipes.

? They look like a pain to clean though!

That's my thinking, reading, with a little music in the background, maybe a nice warm drink.

I'm not a clincher either, but to I wouldn't think of leaving my house with a pipe that long. However I can see your point and how that could work.
