Yes I know the feeling...I try and buy 4-5 tins of SL each month to keep my cellar stocked and aging...but it's been 3-4 months since any of my "go to" retailers have had any..including the online guys...- tobyducote

Rubber Bits
I've never had them cause discoloration on my stems....oxidation is usually caused by heat and direct sunlight exposure...keep your pipes out of the sun and they should do fine- tobyducote

No way...adding those additional chemicals can't be healthy...do you have experience making pipes? Why not spend $15 for a pre-drilled kit and practice shaping with real briar??- tobyducote
