    First Pipe of the Day?

Right around 5:30am EST. I like to enjoy a pipe with my morning coffee.

    Royal Yacht

I think it tastes fine(just opened my first tin), but not if you like pure Virginias. I like Royal Yacht like I like Tilbury. It's not what I am used to, it's kinda one-note, but that one-note is nice from time to time.

***What Are You Smoking, December 2020?***

Most definitely my favorite VA flake.

***What Are You Smoking, December 2020?***

Started out with a bowl of De Luxe Navy Roll in a Rhodesian, then tried Peterson Flake for the first time smoking it out of a Rossi Bent Apple and it was rather tasty, I can imagine it would only get better. Drying a bowl of Crinkle Flake as a type this. Probably smoke out of a Savenilli 614...

***What Are You Smoking, December 2020?***

I popped a tin of 6 yr old De Luxe Navy Rolls, some weeks ago, I can't remember. I have been pretty dedicated to eliminating the tin.

The First Blend That Got You Into Pipe Smoking

I bought some Cult tins to start. One of them was good. The others were meh. Then I smoked plum pudding, oh yea, that was amazing. I was gifted a 5 yr old tin of John Aylesbury Luxury Flake, which made me fall in love with aging VA's.

    Christmas Cheer

I opened my first tin this year. It was 2014 and was also my first ever McClelland product. The ketchup thing is no joke! I find it levels off a bit after it has had a chance to breathe. Interesting spice notes. I was not really impressed with the first bowl, but it keeps getting better each...

Right Conditions for Best Smoke Experience

I prefer smoking anytime from wake-up to around 8 pm. I try not to smoke a couple of hours before bedtime.

I'm Probably In the Minority But...

Aged and in the closet sounds a bit sketchy, but cheap and aromatic is my bread and butter :ROFLMAO:

I'm Probably In the Minority But...

We all have our own hangups. I wouldn't buy pipes that were not bent, even though I never tried one, for the longest time.

    How Deep is Your Cellar?

***What Are You Smoking, November 2020?***

Just finished a bowl of aged NightCap. Letting that settle down a bit, drying out some GLP Quiet Nights for round 2.

***What Are You Smoking, November 2020?***

We both worked late tonight, so we ordered some Qdoba via GrubHub while I am drying out a bowl of a Cringle Flake. The bowl this morning was amazing! It smoked nicely out of a Savenelli 614. We might repeat that same combo.

***What Are You Smoking, November 2020?***

SPC Plum Pudding Special Reserve in a Savenelli DeLux Milano. I've been on the bourbon barrel train for too long. Time to revisit the first SPC blend I fell in love with. Served with some black coffee.

    Sutliff Cringle Flake 2020

I cracked open a tin of this Wed as soon as it came in. I let it open up a bit before jarring it. Today, I took a whiff and the smell instantly transported me back in time. A young'in sitting at the kitchen table eating a bowl of Raisin Bran, one of the preferred cereals of my childhood. After...
