White Ash Mid Smoke?
Hmmm like Cosmic said, it truly depends on the blend. For me Lakelands almost all the time need a mid to 3/4 of a bowl ash dumping, otherwise I find that I need to keep relighting it, even more so available for lakeland flakes. There are sites, though, that specialize in consumer reviews. Some are reputable, others less so. I for one do take them into consideration when purchasing something, the more expensive the more I look in various sources for reviews.- madox07

Any Thoughts on the Current Crop of GBD's from England?
I did own a GDB Bulldog once, it was gifted to me by ashdigger ... I loved that shape, although in my smoking style it condensed a lot. It felt perfect in my hand, it smoked well aside the moisture issue. I ended up gifting it to a friend that is a HUGE GBD collector, that owned its "sister"... -
Anyone With Experience With A GTP?
I don' know this brand. Is it bryar? It looks interesting, but I am not sure it's the pipe that gives you less bite. It may be that the tobacco is drier than you last smoked it? Or perhaps you got better at it, you are pacing yourself better ? -
