When does a bowl interior require repair?
Just looks like uneven, pitted-looking cake. Ream it smooth if you want, or leave it alone. No repairs necessary in my opinion.- dylan793

Used pipe buying tips (wanted)
Had one like this a few weeks ago. With very little restorative effort it turned out to be an excellent pipe. When I first got it though, it smelled like an 80 year old woman had been rubbing it all over herself. Ugh.- dylan793
