I’m having a pour of Barrel King Blueberry Philly rye. This rye is finished in Blueberry Brandy barrels, then removed and finished in 32 year Armagnac conditioned ex- White wine and Sauternes barrels. It’s friggin‘ delicious. Next up is Joseph Magnus Cigar Blend Batch 115. This is a blend of bourbons finished in Armagnac, Cognac, and Sherry barrels. Rich toffee and leather notes mingled with candied fruits and tobacco. I could sit all night with a pour of this and be perfectly satisfied. Cheers!- Tar Wheel
