Low Nicotine pipe tobacco
He suggests Sutliff Molto Dolce has low nicotine TASTE. I wonder if that's the same as LOW NICOTINE. Or maybe lotsa nicotine but little TASTE. I guess I don't know what nicotine TASTES like?- JBob
