    As to why this doesn't seem to be used in American blends? I know a cavendish is supposed to have little to no nicotine after steaming, but the burley cavendish can kick like a mule with nicotine. Mind that prince Albert is considered 50% burley cavendish

    3 ps is suspect anyway. Those tins only do so well for so long. The Peterson tins are worthless if you like the tobacco in them.

    Some of the lane and sutliff blenders survive but I wasn't a lane or sutliff man. To be honest they seem to have relied more from. Selling bulk leaf to people like perretti instead of individual retail sales.
