    I call it "Mintzantium". C&D Byzantium, with a shot of peppermint schnapps added to the jar (needs another shot, I think). Aroma infusion doesn't work in a jar due to the reduced surface area relative to a tupperware, which is why I just gave up and poured the liquor in.
