Cleaning an old cob
You know, I have seen many peoplr say no to the salt and alcohol treatment, but I have done it anyway, as long as you give them a good couple days rest, they have always come out fine for me- jchaplick

Smoking moldy tobacco
Oh I believe it, my humidor is a tuperware. I open it so infrequently that is a definite possibility that some may get too humid. Only about 2 out of about 75 have fluff on them, one more than the other. Who knows? I am definitely not too strict on my cigar keeping ability- jchaplick

I dont know what that blend is, but I have been told several time that Prince Albert is a good pipe 'cleanser' I didnt believe it untill I got a crazy stinky pipe. Smoked 11(?) bowls out of itand I couldnt detect anything, so you may want to give it a try. -

I have cigars with white fluff on them, every person I ever talked to says it is just an aging process, I have smoked them with no problem at all. Most are aged over a year, they taste great if you ask me- jchaplick

Half and Half is a half burley half VA blend, what most people miss is the deer tongue, it used to have deer tongue in it and it gave it a different flavor profile- jchaplick
