I was just thinking about your question and realized I shouldn't have forgotten any Latakia blend also may work due to the smokey process it goes through. I just prefer the spicyness of perique with scotch.- smokenscotch

Match or lighter...
I do like to use wooden matches however I got sick of having matches all over (waiting for them to cool), so I purchased an Old Boy Corona lighter and haven't looked back. Great reliable lighter with a great look. I now use that 90% of the time.- smokenscotch

Tabacco pairing
I find anything with Perique works great because of the spicey elemants in both the scotch and perique. I would recommend Davidoff Flake Medallions or PS Luxury Bulls Eye Flake perhaps.- smokenscotch
