Could try cleaning the gas port with rubbing alcohol, and a full bleed of the tank (to make sure air isn't messing around with the pressure.) What Do You Smoke??
My guess would be oxidation (that's what degrades the nicotine in vape juice) I vape to get through work without catching any charges. Cigars for me are very occasional. Like maybe a few a year. I smoke my pipe(s) daily along with my other pipes for the other leaf.- Boognish
