Having Major Pre-PAD~ Ashton Pebble Grain Bent Pot (XXX)

Can't see the other side of the bulldog, but I really like the blast on it a bit better. Sorry to thread jack, but Doc what is that pipe in your avatar? Either it's huge or your teenie tiny.

    More pre-PAD attacks...Stanwells

I have a 139 I bought new that go sent to the purgatory that is my bar cabinet. I've only smoked it like 4-5 times and I was going to sell it. You've piqued my interest to get it out again. I really like the 139 shape. It's almost perfect.

    First Online Order

Good for you. I really was surprised about how "nice" OGS was. Burns really really clean, very upfront and honest taste. I think the drier it is, the more spice you pick up. (Not a "heat" spice but instead an almost baking spice.) I don't usually like things this "light" but I think that's...

    Puffing Incognito -

I have been trying to retrain myself not to take such big bites. Still working at it. It's very mindful, pretty much a breathing exercise. I think that's part of what helps and brings me back to center after a long day.

How Did You Choose Your Pipe?

Looks. Brand. (In regards to reputation not cost) Cost/Need. Feeling. (I know I'll get grief for it but sometimes things just resonate with me. I have a once abused Weber I found in the trash. Literally in the dumpster at the apartment I lived at back in the day. I just knew...KNEW...

Pleasant Surprises, or: Your New Favorite Recent Tobacco Acquisitions

Marlin Flake. Hands down the nicest experience I ever had with a tobacco. When I got my first tin, I sat at my table and my nine year old son wandered over. (He likes see what I get, it appeals to the collector in him.) So we opened it up and there was this fantastic sweet, raisin, hayish...

    Solani's Virginia Flake -633

I just got mine in. I wasn't planning on smoking it this soon, but the tin design had me worried about storage so I opened it up. I left it in the bag for the time being. I think I'll try it this Saturday and just put it in one of my tobacco jars. Looking forward to it.

The Wow Factor in Your Tobacoo

Same for me Sam. Haddo's Delight. I still remember where I was when I got a blissful zen like moment with Haddo's Delight. It's not even one of my favorites, but it was perfection.

    New Generation Pipers

Well put Wayne. At 36 and only 8 months into pipe smoking I think I fall on the "newer" generation. I originally got interested in pipe smoking because I remember it being such a big part of my grandfather's life. I would always be running around slobbering into one of his pipes (which now my...

Mac Baren Club Blend vs. PS Luxury Bullseye Flake

Thanks for posting this Krizzose. I've smoked the latter but I'd like to give the Club Blend a try. I over looked that one somehow, I'll add it to my experiment list. Nice surprise.
