The best suggestion I can give is that you should never reuse passwords from site to site. Make sure to create unique passwords for every site so the rest remain secure if one happens to be compromised... Samuel Gawith Full Virginia Flake
There is a bit of bulk FVF floating around now in the 250g boxes... Full Virginia Flake is one of my favourite flakes - possibly my favourite that does not contain perique.
