A piece of fine grade sandpaper will take care of any excess cake. I have a piece glued to a wooden dowel and every now and again I use it to smooth out the build-up. Works fine!- dukdalf

What's your favorite beer?
As for lager, there's none better than Brand. With a history going back as far as 1370, it's one of the hoppiest lagers you'll find with a very crisp taste. And as for special beers, there are so many I find it hard to pin a favourite. Rochefort 8 would be high on my list, Gulden Draak too, but...- dukdalf

What mick says about Hilson is also true for Porsche: the first Porsches were made by Vauen, and are of a very different construction than the later ones made by Gubbels.
