    sear it on both sides and bring it out, no steak sauce. I dont even want it on the table. Event tho the other night i had a prime rib with a creamy horse radish sauce on the side that was to kill for.

    yea i had to go in to work at the grocery store this morning before the sun rose. It was a pleasant walk in and a crazy mad house once i got there. I love my customers but coworkers have got to go. Home now and found a tobacco order at the door when i got there so all is good now.

    when there is less than a bowl full in my pouch ill add the next mix and give it a good shake, but i have a bunch of old tins that i didn't care for and a pound of vanilla that need some livening up thought of mixing and giving it a good shake to see what comes out.

    ive had two pipe lighters the first one worked great till i lost it but the Vertigo is the worst lighter ive ever used it only lights a third of the time. now im just using a bick and shopping for a new one.

    its not a super bad thing just inconvenient. It has no sealer on it so its rubbing off. the lack of sealer itll help the pipe breath.

    yes white labs is what i use. When I'm brewing on a regular i save my yeast from one batch to the next. I'd like to find me a conical fermenter i could afford.it would make it much easier.

    morton I have never had a boil over but I can imagine what a mess it would be. metarzan most belgian strain yeast can handle 15% - 20%. i'm supposed to be working on mangers for christmas but having trouble finding the wood local, why do I always wait till the last min. lol
