    To be honest I have yet to try any other methods than the three step method simply because it works so well for me. If I ever come across other methods, I may end up making a hybrid.

    Hey everyone, Today is my first day in my dorm and so far so good. Really looking forward to school and everyone was right when they said that I would be too busy and excited to worry about my current situation. Off to a good start and I plan to keep it that way!

    No smoke alarms set off for myself either. Prefer to smoke outside though. Especially at night when the sky is blanketed with stars and the moon shines its light off in the distance. Sorry I got a little poetic there lol

    Never had one of the older tins to know but I can say that the current Dunhill isn't bad. It doesn't quite strike my fancy as does Samuel Gawith but it isn't bad.

    Brutha you aren't the only one! I save stogies for special occasions. Too expensive of a hobby for me and even if I could afford it I wouldn't because a pipe pleases me much more.

    I believe that the answer to your question is both although most seem to make their own so that it actually "fits" the pipe that they have made.
