What Are You Listening To? - March 2021

    Howdy from the Midwest

My mom, dad, aunt, uncle, brother, and two cousins went to NWMSU, and I had grandparents in M’ville. Anyway, hello from another Missouri boy (though I haven’t lived there in decades).

Are You a Sloppy Pipe Smoker or a Meticulous Pipe Smoker?

Huh. I guess I'm meticulous. Which is not how I'd describe myself in most domains. (I'm pretty meticulous about cigar storage, though, and keep a fairly orderly bar, so I guess that says something about my priorities.)

Cornell & Diehl Autumn Evening Review

I really wanted to like AE but put it away after a few bowls, disappointed. It comes across unpleasantly sour to me, which doesn’t match up at all with how its fans describe it. Not throwing it out, though. I’ll give it another go, but not any time soon.

    Intro Greetings from New Hampshire

Let’s see ... Currently taking advantage of the plague to work “from home” in southern New Hampshire, though I’m a Massachusetts resident and a Missouri native. Sitting in my backyard watching the sun go down over a little mountain called Skatutakee (hence the handle). Discovered a taste for...
